Auto Fleet Repair is seeking an experienced Lead Service Advisor & Shop Manager to oversee daily shop operations, support technicians, and help lead a growing automotive repair business in Conyers, GA.

We are looking for someone who can confidently manage workflow, communicate professionally with customers and staff, and help maintain a productive, organized shop environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how a successful repair shop should operate and takes pride in building strong teams and strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily shop operations from open to close
• Write repair orders and communicate repair recommendations to customers
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Coordinate workflow between the front counter and technicians
• Monitor shop productivity and repair quality
• Assist with hiring and team development
• Maintain accurate records and shop management systems
• Help create a professional, customer-focused environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive service advising, shop management, or leadership experience
• Strong understanding of automotive repair shop operations
• Experience writing repair orders and communicating with customers
• Leadership mindset with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage workflow and make decisions independently
• Tekmetric experience preferred
• Professional communication and customer service skills required

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000 – $90,000 per year based on experience
